KOTA KINABALU: Environmentalists in Sabah are not impressed with the government’s latest announcement on scaling down the controversial 340ha multibillion-ringgit Tanjung Aru Eco Development (TAED) project.
Although Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal (pic) said only 30% of the initial prime land would be used for commercial development, the details were vague, said Save Open Spaces coordinator SM Muthu.
