PETALING JAYA: The congestion on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) that happened on Tuesday (Nov 19) is believed to have been caused by a lorry that crashed into the guard rails.
Selangor Traffic Investigations and Enforcement deputy chief Deputy Supt Sahimi Husin said the lorry driver had lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the guard rails at Kilometre 8.6 of the NKVE at around 3.40pm.
