KUANTAN: Four of the seven inmates who escaped from the Sungai Ruan Cure & Care Rehabilitation Centre (CCRC) in Raub have been recaptured.
Raub district police chief Supt Kama Azural Mohamed said P. Suris, 39, and Ooi Chuan Tat, 42, were caught while riding a motorcycle, which was believed to be stolen, at Jalan Tras at 2.10am Sunday (Nov 17).
