TAWAU: Three men, who are serving a jail term, were charged with possessing or conspiring to possess two protected Borneo pygmy elephant tusks.
All three – Paranchoi Nordin, Abdullah Simin and Martin Alok – pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court judge Awang Krisnada Awang Mahmud.
