PUTRAJAYA: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah graced the Federal Territories Ministry's Customer Service Day on Sunday (Nov 10).

The programme was part of the Entrepreneur Development Ministry's Coopreneur Carnival 2019, which showcases a broad range of affordable products and goods from co-operatives.

With a wide grin, Sultan Abdullah was seen greeting Malaysians of all ages and walks of life at the event.

He had also given out the prizes to the winners of the morning races and of the lucky draw.

He also took the time to talk to the children at the kids' activities corner which was set up by the Federal Territories Ministry and Kuntum magazine.

At its event area, the Federal Territories Ministry had a special focus on ecotourism, nature and community.

For instance, the ministry displayed eco-friendly products such as biodegradable lunch cases and bags at its booth.

Children also took part in green activities such as a session on aquaponics, in which they learnt how to create out of a plastic bottle a system where a fish and a plant can live in a symbiotic environment.

Kuntum, Star Media Group's Malay-language children educational magazine, had also organised fun and exciting kids' activities.

With a spelling bee, origami session and batik painting at the event, the children were never short of fun programmes to keep busy.

The programme was held over the weekend from Friday (Nov 8) to Sunday (Nov 10).
