KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Kong citizens are not making a bee-line for Malaysia, despite being hit by months of protests, says Deputy Home Minister Datuk Mohd Azis Jamman.

"Based on recorded statistical trends, there has been no drastic rise in the entry of Hong Kong citizens to Malaysia, despite the uncertainties with regard to security there," he said when answering a question raised by Datuk Jalaluddin Alias (BN-Jelubu) in Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Nov 6).
