KUCHING: The Sarawak government is prepared to take legal action against Petronas over the national oil corporation's alleged failure to pay the state sales tax on petroleum products, says a state assistant minister.
Datuk Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali (pic) said to date, Petronas had not paid the 5% sales tax introduced this year under the State Sales Tax Ordinance.
