KUALA LUMPUR: Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Mohammadin Ketapi (pic) has explained that the reason to bring the exhibit of Egyptian artefacts in conjunction of Visit Malaysia Year 2020 next year was to highlight the history of its civilisation.
"The reason behind the exhibition is to cover the history of its civilisation, history of the prophets, high moral values and capabilities of the people. The Pharaoh is just the title of the (Egyptian) Kings and not all pharaohs are evil," he said, drawing laughter from the floor.
