PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The Election Commission (EC) received 38,895 applications for registration as new voters throughout the third quarter of this year, said its chairman Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun (pic).
During the period, he said there were also 14,165 applications for change of electoral division.
