KUALA LUMPUR: Modified bicycles are a concern, and action will be taken against those involved in this, says the police after a woman was released of the charge of ramming a group of teenagers on modified bicycles at 3.30am in 2017.
“Action will be taken for those involved," said Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Mazlan Mansor.
