GEORGE TOWN: The Attorney General (AG) should release the 12 men detained for alleged links to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) immediately or charge them under the Penal Code and allow them to be bailed, says Ramkarpal Singh.
The Bukit Gelugor MP said AG Tan Sri Tommy Thomas should do what is right and order their release or charge them if there is any evidence.
