KUCHING: As the northeast monsoon begins to bring heavy rain to parts of Sarawak, the state Civil Defence Force (APM) is preparing to face floods.
State APM deputy director Lt-Kol (PA) Cuthbert John Martin Quadra said it had received 45 new fibreglass boats to add to its assets.
