PUTRAJAYA: The Education Ministry is investigating if the distribution of the comic book "Belt and Road Initiative for Win Winism" in schools was an inside job.
Calling the publication "political propaganda", Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik stressed that there was no approval for the book to be distributed in schools.
