KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has congratulated United Kingdom-based Malaysian scientist Dr Serena Nik-Zainal on being conferred the 2019 Dr Josef Steiner Cancer Research Award.
