Man gets nine stitches to the head after fan falls on him while trying to pay summonses

NILAI: A 39-year-old-man who wanted to take advantage of a 50% discount on traffic summonses ended up receiving nine stitches to his head after a fan fell on him at a temporary traffic police counter near here.

The victim had to be rushed to the Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital (TJH) following the 12.20pm incident at Nilai Square on Sunday (Oct 20).
