Suhakam questions why AG's Chambers dropped sexual abuse case involving child


PETALING JAYA: The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) has questioned why the Attorney General's Chambers decided to drop a sexual abuse case where a minor was involved.

Suhakam Children's Commissioner Prof Datuk Noor Aziah Mohd Awal said Attorney-General Tan Sri Tommy Thomas to explain without delay the reason for the decision to drop the criminal charges against the alleged perpetrator.
