SIBU: The police believe that the unidentified man who was found dead with 16 bricks tied to his neck and waist on Oct 14 was murdered.
Deputy state police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Dev Kumar, when contacted on Saturday (Oct 19), said the police have reclassified the case as murder under section 302 of the Penal Code.
