High Court rules LDP can keep half-a-million ringgit in 1MDB forfeiture suit

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here ruled that the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) will get to keep RM500,000 which was seized from the Sabah-based political party, which was believed to be linked to 1MDB.

News portal Free Malaysia Today reported that the consent judgement was recorded before Kuala Lumpur High Court judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah here on Friday (Oct 18).
