IPOH: A Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia member has alleged the state government of awarding a RM1.15bil road maintenance project to a company without carrying out an open tender.
Lumut Bersatu member Syed Razif Syed Rabii claimed that the contract under the Malaysian Road Records Information System (Marris) was awarded to the company after a financial briefing on Sept 8 in Genting Highlands.
