KUALA LUMPUR: There must be proper definition of the word "recognition" with regard to the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC), says MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Wee, who is Ayer Hitam MP, advised caution amid claims by several state governments that they had recognised the UEC.
