KUALA LUMPUR: The purchase of Merdeka Palace Hotel and Suites in Kuching was unanimously agreed by Felda Investment Corporation Sdn Bhd’s (FIC) board of directors, the High Court heard.
Witness Wong Siew Yeen, 49, agreed to this statement during cross-examination by lawyer Datuk Salehuddin Saidin, who is representing former Felda chairman and FIC director Tan Sri Isa Samad (pic) at his criminal breach of trust and graft trial yesterday.
