SUPP rep wants Pakatan to explain reduction in funds for Unimas in 2020

Wong Ching Yong

SIBU: The Pakatan Harapan Government owes an explanation on why funds for Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) were drastically reduced for 2020, says Dudong SUPP chairman Wong Ching Yong.

Speaking in at a ceramah in Bukit Lan here on Sunday (Oct 13) night, Wong said that though the state appears to have received a bigger allocation for development spending under Budget 2020, Unimas will only receive a grant amounting to RM17,469,900 next year.
