THE Malaysia Chinese Language Council wants the Chinese New Year school holidays next year to start a day later, reports Sin Chew Daily.
According to the school schedule released by the Education Ministry last week, the holiday will begin on Thursday, Jan 23, two days before Chinese New Year.
