PETALING JAYA: A minimum discount of 18% on toll charges for the North-South Expressway will see motorists save up to RM1.13bil in 2020 and RM43bil over the entire concession period until 2038.
Announcing the discount under Budget 2020, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the Cabinet had also approved the proposal to acquire four highways – Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas), Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Sprint Expressway (Sprint) and the SMART Tunnel.
