Woman falls to death from condo in Puchong, case classified as sudden death

KUALA LUMPUR: A 45-year-old woman fell to her death from a condominium block near Jalan Puchong.

According to Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Zairulnizam Mohd Zainuddin@Hilmi, police received a call about the incident at around noon on Tuesday (Oct 8).

"We found her remains at the scene, and our investigations found no foul play and the case has been classified as sudden death," he said.

He added that police received a call from a man, claiming to be the woman's husband around 5.20pm the same day.

The man said his wife had been dealing with mental health problems for about eight years, and had been undergoing treatment at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz.

ACP Zairulnizam said the man also lodged a report to verify his wife's death.
