KUALA LUMPUR: The tabling of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) Bill for the second reading saw heated exchanges in the Dewan Rakyat.
Several Opposition lawmakers including a government backbencher raised several objections when the Bill was tabled by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Liew Vui Keong.
