IPOH: More than 6,000 investors of a gold investment scheme by the defunct Bestino Group Berhad will make another appeal to get their money back, despite their case being dismissed for the second time at a High Court here.
In a brief decision yesterday, Justice Datuk Hashim Hamzah said the plaintiffs’ case was rejected but did not provide the reasons.
