Woman charged with reckless driving for hitting two runners in KL marathon


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): A single mother pleaded not guilty at the Ampang Magistrate's Court here Friday (Oct 4) to reckless driving and injuring two participants during the Standard Chartered KL Marathon on Sunday (Sept 29).

Cham Shan Jer, 25, an online trader, was charged with driving in a reckless or dangerous manner and hitting Lee Wei Jack, 44, and Faizul Shahrul Mohd Salleh, 44, on the Middle ring Road 2 (MRR2) heading towards Gombak, at 6am on Sept 29.
