KUALA LUMPUR: The Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Services (Cuepacs) is disappointed that the government is shutting down the Health Ministry's nursing training institutes (ILKKM).
Its president Datuk Azih Muda said of the 33 ILKKM, 10 have closed this year and 10 more are set to stop operating by 2021.
