KUALA LUMPUR: The former chief executive officer of the Companies Commission Malaysia (SSM) claimed trial at a Sessions Court here to 33 counts of corruption involving more than RM5mil in exchange for her approving entrepreneurial programmes and appointing companies.
Datuk Zahrah Abd Wahab Fenner, 60, pleaded not guilty after the charges were read out to her before Sessions Court judge Azura Alwi yesterday.
