JOHOR BARU: The Rapid Transit System (RTS) monitoring group says the project could be a good debt that could help create assets and investments that would grow in value.
Responding to Johor Baru MP Akmal Nasir, group representative Dr Tee Ching Seng (pic) said there were many factors to be considered, not just its impact on the country's debts, with the most important being the interests of the rakyat.
