KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah High Court will decide next month whether to hear the contempt case by the Naza Group chairman against Petaling Jaya MP Maria Chin Abdullah over her criticism of the Syariah Court’s decision to jail his ex-wife.
Syariah High Court judge Mohamed Fouzi Mokhtar fixed Oct 14 after yesterday’s hearing on the ex parte application for leave filed by Datuk SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin.
