KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah High Court will, on Oct 14, decide whether to hear the contempt case by the Naza Group executive chairman against Petaling Jaya MP Maria Chin Abdullah, over her criticism of the Shariah Court’s decision to jail his ex-wife.
Syariah High Court Judge Mohamed Fouzi Mokhtar fixed the date after hearing on Wednesday (Sept 18) on the ex-parte application for leave filed by Datuk SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin.
