SEREMBAN: The troubled Mawar Haemodialysis Centre (PHM) has received a big boost when it received RM23.4mil from public-listed Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (MCHB) to pay off the bulk of its debts.
Under an agreement between PHM and MCHB subsidiary Matrix Medicare Sdn Bhd (MMSB), the latter will in return manage all the non-clinical services including financial, administration and management at the Mawar Medical Centre and its haemodialysis division and clinics for the next 30 years.
