KOTA KINABALU: The Federal Government is committed to seeing that Sabah and Sarawak get back what they deserve in terms of funding, but there is no fiscal capacity to do it now, says Lim Guan Eng.
The Finance Minister denied that the Federal Government’s constant reiteration of loans carried forward from the previous government was a delaying tactic to return Sabah and Sarawak their rightful funds, including the 20% oil royalty and 40% nett revenue collected from the two states.
