KUALA LUMPUR: The MCA Civil Society Coordination Bureau has called on the government to set up a tribunal to address the complaints of e-hailing drivers as part of the government’s efforts to regulate the industry.“

The tribunal is necessary to specifically handle complaints from e-hailing drivers, especially those who have obtained their passenger service vehicle (PSV) licence as per the regulation but were banned without valid reasons by e-hailing operators, ” said bureau chief Ng Kian Nam (pic).
