KOTA KINABALU: The supernatural beliefs and taboos of farmers, hunters, foragers and fishermen from communities in Sabah have now been documented by journalist Anna Vivienne.
Her book, titled Strange Magic and Supernatural Encounters, comprises 12 stories.“I wrote it simply with the hope to inform, educate and entertain readers,” she said.Fictitious characters were included in the stories, she said, to give life to old beliefs.
