KOTA KINABALU: Four teenage school dropouts - some as young as 15 years old - were among eight people arrested in connection with a series of motorcycle thefts here and neighbouring districts this year.

Two local boys aged 15, and two others aged 16 and 17, were part of Geng Afiq that was involved in stealing motorcycles in the city, as well as neighbouring Papar, Penampang and Tuaran districts.
