PETALING JAYA: Rubber bullets or non-lethal rounds should be used during security forces’ training exercises involving weapons instead of live ammunition, says Tan Sri Rahim Noor.
The former Inspector-General of Police said rubber bullets would increase the safety aspect of such exercises or demonstrations.
