KOTA TINGGI: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has arrested 14 Indonesians for attempting to leave the country illegally through uncharted routes.
Tanjung Sedili maritime zone director maritime captain Mohd Zulfadli Nayan said the illegal immigrants, comprising eight men and six women, between the ages of 21 and 48, were detained during an operation at around 10pm on Saturday (Sept 7).
