Temporary pass for foreigners in Sabah


KOTA KINABALU: A special Temporary Sabah Pass or Pas Sementara Sabah (PSS) will be given to foreigners living in the state.Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the card with biometric features will be issued from June 1 next year.

The PSS is set to replace the IMM13 (Immigration pass) issued to Filipino refugees who fled to Sabah in the 1970s, the Burung-Burung Card (issued by the state in the 1980s) and the card issued under the Federal Special Task Force Banci (census) in the 1990s.
