Foundation keen to work with Sabah on ‘plastic waste to energy’ project

KOTA KINABALU: The Race for Water (R4W) Foundation, whose vessel is currently docked here for an awareness campaign on ocean pollution caused by plastic waste, is keen to work with Sabah on its proposed "plastic waste to energy" project.

Plastic Waste to Energy Projects specialist Camille Rollin said since they berthed at Marina Sutera Harbour on Aug 20, they have spoken to various private stakeholders and public officials who showed optimistic responses to the idea.
