KOTA KINABALU: People in the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu are happy with the National Registration Department (NRD) mobile bus service, as they find it easier to get their MyKads and other related documents processed.

Juriah Uda, in her 40s, from a village in Putatan near here, said being too occupied with her job and other matters, she never got around to get her MyKad changed to the new one required by the government.
