500 lose RM10mil in savings


GEORGE TOWN: Some 500 people lost their savings and pension money after they were allegedly duped by a foundation that promised them lucrative returns in an investment scheme.

The group’s spokesperson, Tang Eu Sin, 39, said it was believed the victims suffered losses amounting to RM10mil.
