RAWANG: The second phase of the 110km Klang Valley Double Track (KDVT2) project will employ inmates as part of the government’s efforts to reform prisons across the country, says Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
He said about 50 male prisoners will be hired with minimum wage by the project developer Dhaya Maju LTAT Sdn Bhd, adding that more inmates may be hired in the future.
