SUBANG JAYA (Bernama): At least one percent of public sector employees should be people with disabilities (OKU) employment to show a good example to the private sector, says Hannah Yeoh.
The Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister said the public sector should increase its effort to meet quota requirements, adding that as of Dec 31 last year, there were 3,856 OKU who filled up posts in the civil service, making up 0.31% out of the total 1,268,701 posts.
