Jeweller’s suit against Rosmah set for October


KUALA LUMPUR: The suit by Global Royalty Trading SAL against Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor to seek the return of 44 pieces of jewellery sent to her for selection or for her to pay the price of all the items, amounting to US$14.79mil (RM59.83mil), will be heard for four days from Oct 21.

Lawyer Datuk David Gurupatham, acting on behalf of the Lebanese jewellery firm, told reporters that the High Court also fixed Sept 17 for case management for all interlocutory applications filed by Global Royalty as the plaintiff and Rosmah as the defendant.
