KUALA LUMPUR: The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has filed a suit against Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s daughter Nooryana Najwa to seek RM10.3mil in unpaid income taxes from 2011 to 2017.
The government, as the plaintiff, filed a writ of summons and statement of claims through the IRB on July 24 at the Shah Alam High Court, naming Nooryana Najwa, 31, as the defendant.
