BUKIT MERTAJAM: Three foreigners were shot dead by the police at the Permatang Tinggi Industrial Area during the wee hours of Tuesday (Aug 27).
The trio, believed to be in the midst of breaking into a factory, fled by car upon realising the police's arrival at the scene at about 2am.
