KUALA LUMPUR: The Carcosa Seri Negara complex cannot be sold as it is protected under the National Heritage Act 2005, says the Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry.
Ministry secretary-general Datuk Isham Ishak said the historical monument would instead be conserved and redeveloped as a tourist attraction.
